THE 22nd Ely Folk Festival was blessed with fine weather and an eclectic mix of new and established bands.
About 20 bands performed in three marquees at the Ely Outdoor Centre, on Downham Road on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Crowds also enjoyed dance and music workshops, trade and food stalls, children's entertainment and a beer tent.
Ely Folk Festival committee member, John Swiitsur, said: "It was one of the most successful festivals we've ever had. The turnout was good and we estimate that takings were quite a bit up on last year. The mixture of entertainment meant that it was enjoyed by a broad range of people and volunteers worked hard to ensure that we covered the costs.
