A lunchtime barbecue on Friday brought an end to a packed week of activities to raise awareness about the risks of brain injury.
As part of the national Brain Injury Awareness Week (BIAW), Fen House in Ely held an event for their service users each day.
Other activities to help raise awareness during the week included a Tesco Bag pack and a Market stall/quiz.
The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT), which was established 25 years ago, provides a network of services across the UK which offer specialist rehabilitation for people with brain injuries.
Further details about BIRT and information on the life-changing work that is carried out in Ely can be seen on http://www.thedtgroup.org/brain-injury/our-services/fen-house.aspx
