FASHION chain Fat Face has announced plans to move in to the vacant Adams store in Ely, it was revealed on Friday (Dec 11).
The chain, which stocks everything from luggage and shoes to menswear and children's clothing, started work refitting the old Adams store on Market Street on Friday.
Large posters posted outside the shop confirmed that a new branch would be opening in the city, with a number of new jobs expected to be created. Fat Face also has outlets in Cambridge and St Ives.
The new branch, which will retain the existing planning permission for retail acquired by Adams, is expected to be open early in the New Year.
