ALL of Ely's churches got together to stage a family fun day at Palace Green on Saturday, featuring crafts, toys and traditional games.
Churches Together organised the event last year to great success, and decided to repeat it this year on a larger scale, with stalls selling toys, cakes, plants and hand-made crafts.
New to this year's event was a complete programme of entertainment, including live bands, drama and a puppet show.
All proceeds from the day went to the Tearfund, a Christian charity, and Water Aid, which aims to improve access to clean water in developing countries.
Jimmy's Night Shelter in East Road, Cambridge, was also supported by the event.
