PUPILS from Little Thetford Primary School were able to enjoy the surroundings of their new reflective garden by playing games and reading in the sunshine.
After viewing designs submitted by the pupils, local landscape gardener Michelle Collins was helped by a number of parents, who donated their time to prepare the grounds and construct the final garden.
The garden adds to the school's outdoor environment and also offers pupils who prefer to sit quietly during playtimes the chance to read or chat amongst friends.
Funding for the garden was provided by the Friends of the School together with generous donations from parents. Landscaping equipment was also generously donated by Ely Tool Hire Centre.
