A TEENAGER has denied that he took a van without the owner's consent before causing damage to 14-feet of garden fence and three conifer trees.
Daniel Tunnell, 18, of Springhead Lane, Ely, is alleged to have committed the offence on February 2. He is also accused of driving the van without insurance in Ely Road, Litttleport, on the same date.
Ely magistrates gave Tunnell unconditional bail until his trial on April 15.
