TAE kwon-do siblings Jordan and Sophie Barnes helped raise more than £380 for Comic Relief by donning red noses for their training session.
The brother and sister train at the Mark Farnham School in Ely and convinced their tutor and fellow pupils to break with tradition and ‘do something funny for money’ by wearing red noses throughout their session at the Paradise Centre on Saturday.
Fellow students Rosie and Tyler Vince, Brandon and Mason Homes, Samuel and Ben Odell, Jake Boydell, Elle Willson ,Thomas Berretto, Kabir Matharu and Harvey Gillham all joined in the fun and together raised £383.04.
Jordan, 12, and nine-year-old Sophie’s mum, Marie, said: “The children would like to send personal thanks to all who sponsored them, including all the staff and customers of St Peter’s Garage in Ely and their instructor Mark Farnham who personally sponsored each child.”
