Dozens of people discovered what goes on behind the scenes at Ely police station at the weekend.
The station, on Nutholt Road, opened its doors to the public on Sunday (September 11) from 12-4pm.
The yearly event offers the opportunity to explore the station and discover the process of how crime is monitored and prevented in the region.
The offices, briefing room and police support unit van were opened for exploration, and Police and Crime Commissioner Jason Ablewhite stopped by to answer questions.
Local children also got the chance to wear many different types of police uniform.
