PENSIONER Patrick Hassaen has denied breaching the terms of the anti social behaviour order given to him earlier this year.
The charge alleges that he played music very loudly, stamped his feet, shouted and swore, so causing harassment and distress to neighbours Valerie Duncan and Pamela Craft.
Hassaen, 69, of Wheatsheaf Close, Ely, was given an ASBO on August 27, which prohibits him from:
* Making any unreasonable noise, and shouting or swearing inside his home so loudly that is causes harassment, alarm or distress to neighbours.
* Abusing any person verbally or in writing.
A trial was set for February 4 and Hassaen was given unconditional bail.
