Twenty-one members celebrated Inner Wheel Day at the home of president Joy Hockey.
The speaker was Christina from Pos + Ability, which supports stroke victims, parkinsons, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and other long term conditions, with many different exercises.
As this is a charity and runs on donations a cheque was presented to Christina by president Joy.
The afternoon finished with tea and many delightful refreshments provided by members.
