Ely duo put baking talents to good use with Comic Relief cake stall

ENTERPRISING Ely duo Cerys Lindsay and Scarlett Haycock raised more than £40 for Comic Relief by hosting a cake stall.
The friends, both aged 11, braved the rain and wind on March 9 to sell their wares on a stall in Beresford Road
They made cookies, brownies, melting moments, cupcakes and lemon drizzle cakes and managed to raise a superb £43.17.
