A group of students from Ely College have set out on a battle with exam stress by getting involved in charity MIND’s Stress
The students were given tips and advice on how to stay stress-free during the exam period; such as staying positive, getting active and taking time out whenever necessary.
The campaign outlines five ideas that students can follow – called #TakeFive – which MIND believes will help combat stress in Cambridgeshire and beyond.
