The students were given tips and advice on how to stay stress-free during the exam period; such as staying positive, getting active and taking time out whenever necessary.

The campaign outlines five ideas that students can follow – called #TakeFive – which MIND believes will help combat stress in Cambridgeshire and beyond.

Stress<Less is a Mind in Cambridgeshire project, funded by Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council until March 2017.
