A MAN collapsed and died at a pub in Ely on Saturday.
Ambulance crews were called to the Minster Tavern in Ely at around 11.45am to reports of an elderly man who had collapsed.
Police and an air ambulance were also summoned to the scene while paramedics battled to revive the man, who had slipped into cardiac arrest.
Despite strenuous efforts by the paramedics however, the man failed to recover and was confirmed dead at the scene.
