Plans to build 88 new homes on a site in Soham have been received by East Cambridgeshire District Council.
Building firm C J Murfitt lodged the application with the council for 88 homes, garages, parking, roads and associated site works on a piece of land east of 2 The Shades on April 18.
The application, which also outlines plans for four dwellings on the site, is currently under consideration.
