Pupils from East Cambridgeshire schools competed in a county-wide mini Olympics.
The sporting festival took place last Thursday (March 19) and pupils, aged seven to 19, took part in various sports, including rowing, netball, tag rugby and gymnastics.
The opening ceremony was held at One Leisure, in St Ives, and the event saw pupils from Isleham Primary School and Little Thetford Primary School taking part. GB Olympic rower Charles Cousins, Paralympian Rob Richardson and gymnast Louis Smith also attended the event to offer their support and guidance.
Ryan Cullum, events coordinator of Living Sport, which organised the event, said: “The aim of the games is to create a positive and rewarding sporting experience for all involved.”
A summer festival will take place on June 25.
