SUTTON man Keir Johnston denied a charge of drink-driving when he appeared before Ely magistrates on Thursday.
Twenty-three-year-old Johnston, of Tramar Drive, is alleged to have given a test reading of 94 mgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood on April 16, when the legal limit is 80 mgs.
Magistrates gave him unconditional bail until November 2, when the date of his trial is due to be set.
