Police are trying to reunite some costume jewellery with its owners after it was dumped in the River Cam.
Broaches, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, cuff links and a watch were pulled from the river on Friday August 26, and Detective Sergeant Anthony Grief believes they may have been stolen from Cambridge or nearby.
He said: βIt is very likely that these pieces of jewellery will hold sentimental value and I would love to reunite them with their owners.β
Anyone who believes an item is theirs and can prove ownership should contact the Cambridge City Burglary Team on 101.
