PATRICK Wong swapped a car with a friend – and the Fiat Panda he was left with had a defective headlight and no MoT. Wong, 22, of The Chase, Ely, admitted using the car in a dangerous condition and without the test certificate. He was fined a total of £90

PATRICK Wong swapped a car with a friend - and the Fiat Panda he was left with had a defective headlight and no MoT. Wong, 22, of The Chase, Ely, admitted using the car in a dangerous condition and without the test certificate. He was fined a total of £90 with £35 costs at Ely Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
