DANISH Scouts played cricket in Ely and met the mayor at the weekend.
The 36 young people, aged 14 to 18, and six leaders were the guests of Ely District Scouts and stopped off on their way to the 21st World Scout Jamboree.
On Saturday they visited London, taking in the London Eye and Westminster Abbey.
On Sunday they played cricket at King's School, where they met the Mayor of Ely, Councillor Ron Bradney.
The World Scout Jamboree, at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, will be opened by Prince Willliam on August 28.
More than 44,000 Scouts from 200 countries will celebrate 100 years of Scouting over the 10 days.
