Octagon Cycling Club handed over a cheque for £2,000 to Ely Foodbank.
The money was raised when 14 members of the club cycled 300 miles in two days, from the Isle of Anglesey to the Isle of Ely.
In all, the club raised £3,000 during the feat and has a further £1,000 to donate to other charities, which will be decided by the members.
The club received generous donations from local businesses as well as many individual sponsors.
A spokesman for Octagon Cycling Club said: “We would like to thank Isle of Ely Produce, Horizon Marketing Solution, Sherwood Engines, Specsavers Ely, Elemental Bikes Newmarket, City Cycle Centre Ely, Atrium Club Ely and Calico Cottage Ely.”
