A MAN accused of stabbing three people in Ely city centre is due to reappear in court in March.

Philip Gregory, a former Royal Mail employee from Broad Street, Ely, will enter a plea at Cambridge Crown Court on March 9.

Gregory is accused of three counts of grievous bodily harm with intent. Police allege he stabbed one man in Ely Market Place after a Saturday night argument, and 15 minutes later attacked a male and a female, close to his home.

The 33-year-old remains on remand in prison until his court date.
