SOHAM Youth Club is going mobile with the help of a new bus.

A fund-raising bus project has now reached £17,000 and it is hoped the vehicle will offer young people around Soham, Fordham, Burwell and Isleham a place to meet in the evenings.

Soham youth worker Louise Sarll said: "We've taken a mechanic and a couple of kids with their parents all over the country looking for the right bus."

Police Community Support Officer Kieran Moran said the project was a great way of keeping young people off the streets in the evenings.
