THE Fellowship Hour on Wednesday was the last one until September. Tea was held in the church hall, followed by entertainment from group members sharing the goodness of the fellowship over the year.
The morning service on Sunday began with praise and worship followed by Pastor Lowman on Genesis 3. The evening praise and worship was led by Pastor Booth assisted by the young people from the 501 Club, which meets on Sunday evenings at 8pm in the hall. Holy Communion closed the service.
Tuesday evening a Holiday Club planning meeting was held in the church making the final preparations for the club starting the first week of August. Yesterday the quarterly members meeting was held. Tomorrow (Friday) the yearly church barbecue will be held in the garden of Ken and Linda Ellis. Young people from the church will meet others at the youth conference at Mortimer West.
