MR Waters, along with the music group, led the opening part of the morning service on Sunday with praise and worship. The theme was based on the 'overwhelming love of Jesus'. Pastor Lowman spoke on 'the centrality of the truth' from 2 Peter 1 v.12-21.

The evening youth service took the theme of 'praise and personal relationship with Jesus'. The young people shared their testimonies as to the living reality of Jesus in their lives.

The quarterly church meeting was held yesterday (Wednesday) evening, where much discussion about the on-going work of the church was debated.

The Fellowship Hour held the week before on Wednesday afternoon was led by the Rev Watts, minister of the Methodist Church. His talk was based on 1 Corinthians 12 'the body of Christ' - where each part should work together under the leadership of Jesus.

The morning service next Sunday will include Holy Communion. The evening service will be based on 2 Corinthians 5 'everything new'. At 8pm, the 501 group will talk about decisions and the future.
