Youngsters from Ely helped celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday by getting creative at another of Ely Museum’s half-term craft mornings.

The morning, on Thursday June 2, saw dozens of children head to the museum on Market Street, where they made corgis, crowns and castles out of paper and cardboard, as well as delicious Union Jack biscuits.

The craft morning was part of the museum’s series of events that it puts on for school children during half-term, with the next events due to take place in August, beginning with ‘Dynamic Dinosaurs’ on Thursday August 4.
