IF you have been walking around the old Recreation Field, up Station Road and onto the Old Churchyard, you will, no doubt, have been delighted to see all the daffodils, primroses, violets and even a few tulips starting to flower. This coming autumn, the society hopes to plant more bulbs, so the display will be even more spectacular.

April's meeting was a talk by Janet Townsin and Rosemary Higgs about their trip to the Grand Canyon.

May 16: at 8pm in The Pavilion a talk from the RNLI. All welcome.

June 20: a wildlife walk, led by Alan Revill. Contact 01353 777904/777115 for details.

July 1: Alan Revill will be at Gault Hole for the (Party in the Park).

Feast Week at 6.30pm - pond-dipping at Stankers Pond.
