PLANS to extend the Haddenham Conservation Area and add part of Hillrow look set to get the go-ahead.
Only one objection to the scheme was received after residents were asked for their views at the end of last year.
Forty people attended a public exhibition, nine letters of support were received and Haddenham Parish Council has given its backing.
The move would involve extending the Conservation Area in the village centre and including part of Hillrow where there are four listed buildings.
Plans were due to go before East Cambridgeshire District Council's strategic development committee on Tuesday and recommended for adoption by the full council.
