A hotel is holding two charity events in aid of Cancer Research UK.
The Little Downham Anchor, of Main Street, Little Downham, is holding a charity car boot sale on August 30. Sellers will be setting up from 7.30pm. It will be open to buyers from 8am.
Pitches need to be booked in advance. There is no charge but donations are welcome. Hot drinks and bacon rolls will be available to buy.
On September 12, from 1-4pm, the hotel will host their big afternoon tea. There will be a selection of scones with clotted creams and jams, sandwiches, a tempting array of cakes and English tea. Cost per person is £15.95. Payment to be made in advance.
