The general consensus of opinion was that it would be nice to see lights in the village. It was agreed that the clerk would approach the doctors surgery and a resident in the High Street to ascertain if they would be willing to have lights in the trees outside their properties and allow the council to use their electricity supply. A small committee will need to be formed to progress this project and it will be discussed again next month.
