Around 30 children put their skates on for the penultimate fun activity of the school holidays at Littleport Leisure Centre.
The rolling skate fun session including playing games and tips on how to go backwards as well as how to stay safe from injury.
Beginners were helped to get skating and a spokesman for the centre said the session, which was organised by Ely Skating Club, was one of the more popular of the summer activities.
The last event held on Thursday was rounders, which also proved a hit with youngsters.
The centre organised four fun activity days a week for during the summer break including a mini-Olympics, dodgeball and archery.
