Cheffins’ third property auction of 2018 will see 17 lots offered including land and commercial property in Haddenham, Pymoor and Wilburton.
Among the lots is a two-bedroom house in need of complete renovation in Wilburton. The property comes with a range of former piggeries and outbuildings and sits on over two acres of gardens and grounds. It has a guide price of £125,000 - £150,000.
More than 15 acres of arable land near Pymoor with a guide price of £145,000 will also go under the hammer, as well as 5.69 acres of land at Haddenham, 5.74 acres of land at Southery and an acre of grassland available in Fenstanton.
Ian Kitson, Cheffins director, said: “This sale encompasses a series of one-off opportunities for developers or owner-occupiers to pick up high quality residential properties which are in need of refurbishment.”
The auction will take place on Wednesday September 19 at Cheffins, Clifton House, 1&2 Clifton Road, Cambridge, CB1 7EA. The auction will start at 2pm.
