The six-times champin, wh was banned frm racing last mnth after testing psitive fr a secnd time fr a banned substance, has denied tw mtring charges.
The 42-year-ld, f The Severals, Newmarket, is accused f breaking the 30 mph speed limit in Miltn Rad at Cambridge n May 16 last year, when driving a BMW.
He has further denied failing t give the plice infrmatin abut wh was driving the car at the time f the alleged speeding ffence.
Falln, wh was recently cleared f race-fixing charges after a trial at the Old Bailey, will face trial at Ely curthuse n March 27.
