Catering student Maxine of Ely wins top honours following course at Cambridge Regional College

Maxine Ward won the Professional Chefs’ Cup at Cambridge Regional College’s annual awards last Thursday.
Maxine received her award – that recognises the skill and aptitude she has shown during this year, - from Ian Sparke, lecturer in catering and hospitality.
While her course at college continues, Maxine is also working with Calvin Holland at his award-winning restaurant, the White Pheasant, in Fordham.
