MS S Barton, of Newmarket Road, Burwell won first prize in our Carmen competition by correctly stating that the original Carmen was set in Seville.
She has won a pair of tickets to the show at Cambridge Corn Exchange on Thursday, a bottle of Russian Methode champagne, a traditional terracotta Spanish olive dish, orange spiced potpourri and a poster and glossy souvenir programme.
The three runners-up were: Monica Kelly, from Sutton; K.S. Aveling, from, St John's Road, Ely and Mrs A Fletcher, from Manor Park, Histon.
They each won a pair of tickets to the show orange spiced potpourri and a glossy souvenir programme.
Prize winners will be notified by post and will receive their prizes shortly.
