There will also be 30 highly-rated unsigned bands, including Koopa and Wim Roelants, who featured in this year's London Guitar Show.
Organiser, Angela Lee, said: "We are absolutely delighted with the line-up, there are some superb bands playing and it's been great to get Buster back on board. He played last year, but many people missed out because of the bad weather, so they will get an opportunity to see him again."

Star FM will bring their big black bouncy pig and there will be dance music through from Saturday afternoon and late Saturday night at the Funky Monkey's Tent.
Big Brother star Tracey Barnard has worked as a steward since the festival started four years ago and if she is voted out of the Big Brother House in time, she will make an appearance as special guest presenter.
Mrs Lee said: "We all wish Tracey all the best in the house and we hope she stays on and wins. But, if she is voted out, it would be wonderful to have her here. She'd bring loads of energy and fun to the event."
