CATHEDRAL Mortgage Solutions in Ely is enlisting the help of the district's creative youngsters for a new competition.
The Forehill independent mortgage advisors have invited children in the area to design a new 'welcome to your new home' card for their clients.
"Each time a client moves into a new home, we send them a card," said director Neil Waller.
"We thought it would be a good idea to let a youngster design it - we want them to go wherever their imagination takes them."
The competition will be divided into two age categories, with an Ipod Shuffle up for grabs in the eight-and-above group and a swing-ball deluxe outdoor activity set for the under-eights.
Cathedral Mortgage Solutions was established by Mr Waller and Michael Barwell, successful consultants who worked within corporate estate agencies and financial institutions for more than 15 years before they decided to set up their own company.

Having helped many people move into new homes, the pair felt the rapid expansion of the financial services industry had led to a focus on customer services being lost along the way.
"There are too many call centres around nowadays and we wanted to get back to old-fashioned brokerage," Mr Waller said.
It was decided that Cathedral would provide a professional, premier service with tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of its clients.
"Every case is different," Mr Waller said.
"A mortgage may look like the best buy, but it may not be right for your circumstances - it's important to remember that the wrong mortgage can cost you thousands over the years."
He stressed that the organisation is genuinely independent, unlike many estate agents, which operate with a panel of lenders.
This commitment to finding the right product for the individual is continued in the company's flexible approach.
"Because we are a local group with whole market access, we can provide people with a flexible, personalised service - if people work shifts and need a call at 9pm then we can do it.
"For the self-employed, time is money and we will see people at their convenience.
"We will automatically review people's mortgages and we want to advise them on a long-term basis," Mr Waller said.
The company is a specialist in re-mortgaging. Experts believe that there are tens of thousands of borrowers paying lenders a standard variable rate.
Mr Waller said: "The savings available are immense - re-mortgaging away from a lenders' standard variable rate would result in reduction of payments over five years of thousands."
