Littleport firm Sigma is holding an open day later this month to celebrate investment in new machinery thanks to an EU grant.
The firm in Main Street, Littleport received the grant from the Cambridgeshire Fens LEADER programme to buy a twin headed embroidery machine and a set of magnetic frames which will allows them to embroider on a larger scale and on awkward shapes.

Kim Oakhill, who took over ownership of Sigma in 2013, said: “We were so excited to have been accepted to receive a Leader Grant. It has allowed us to buy equipment we otherwise could’nt afford.”
The celebration open day is at Sigma’s premises on June 22 from 1pm to 6pm.
