THE winners of the Ely Standard East Cambridgeshire Business Awards were announced at a glittering ceremony at Ely Cathedral on Friday night.
Set amid the exquisite surrounding’s of the Cathedral’s celebrated Lady Chapel, the awards celebrated the best and brightest in business in East Cambridgeshire.
Ely Standard editor Debbie Davies said: “It was a privilege to be in the same room as our winners and nominees who have all had to deal with huge challenges during difficult economic times.
“Our winners are truly representative of all the hard-working people in East Cambridgeshire whose business skills will ensure the area remains economically successful for many years to come.
“It was also a real pleasure to see the excitement on people’s faces as they went up to receive their awards and we hope they enjoyed attending the event as much as we enjoyed hosting it.”
All our nominees and winners are proof of the entrepreneurial spirit and determination necessary to help business thrive in East Cambridgeshire.
These awards provide recognition for those who have made a significant contribution to the East Cambridgeshire business community, individuals and companies who are contributing to the area’s business success, best practice and positive

Our awards are the region’s only awards for excellence in business practice and we hope will be seen as hugely prestigious
