EAZIPAY Ltd, a leading Direct Debit processing company based in Ely, has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System, demonstrating its uncompromising commitment to providing the highest quality service and support to its customers.
“Obtaining this certification validates all of our efforts to improve the quality, delivery and reliability of our services,” said Luisa Grey, director at Eazipay.
“Our customers, now more than ever, want to be confident that they are doing business with an organisation that can constantly meet and exceed their expectations.
“Successfully completing the rigorous processes required for the ISO 9001 accreditation is a clear sign that we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing the highest levels of service and support.”
The ISO 9001:2008 standard, established by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
To earn the prestigious accreditation, Eazipay, which currently provides regular Direct Debit services to more than 650 companies in a wide range of market sectors throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, underwent an intensive review process of its quality management system and internal audits of its customer management and sales processes and its document and information tracking capabilities.
