GCSE art and design students at Soham Village College hosted a grand exhibition of their works at the college this week.
The students have been hard at work throughout the year on their paintings, drawings and sculptures and they were all hanging proudly in Beechurst Hall on Friday ready for the exhibition.
The works were viewed by parents, teachers and fellow students at the open event ahead of their submission to examiners as part of the students’ GCSE course.
John Heaton, head of art and design at the college, said: “The students have been fantastic throughout the course and they have displayed a real love for the subject. All the work they have done is very individual and I hope the exhibition will be one of the highlights of the course for them.”
