Volunteers who spent 20 years restoring a windmill in Wicken were presented with a plaque.
The volunteers travelled from as far as Leicestershire, Berkshire, Kent and Suffolk for the project and have been involved in every aspect of the repair, from carpentry to metal casting.
The plaque was one of just 16 that the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) has awarded since 1989.
- Pictured are SPAB chairman Gareth Hughes, with plaque, and Dave Pearce, Alan Wallis, Michelle Roper, Malcolm Lovett, Liz Pearce, Jacqui Ward and Marguerite Swinfield-Wells.
