MORE than 100 big-hearted bikers rode out from the White Hart pub in Godmanchester to raise money for the Milton Hospice on Saturday.
The bikes, predominantly Triumphs, set off from the White Hart at about 10am after a breakfast of tea, coffee and bacon sandwiches, travelled down to Huntingdon before taking to the fen roads and visiting Milton Hospice.
While there, the bikers were shown around the hospice and where the new remote-controlled car track, which the money from the bike-ride is funding, will be sited.
The group then returned to the pub for a raffle, barbecue and live music. In all, the event raised more than £1,000.
Organiser Paul Burbridge said: "Everybody gave 110 per cent and I'd like to thank everybody who took part who gave so much for such a brilliant cause.
