The BBC Antiques Road Trip visited Prickwillow Museum, formerly known as the Prickwillow Drainage Engine Museum, on Saturday August 5.
Expert Catherine Southon came to the village to film the show but “unfortunately she did not arrive in one of the many classic cars the BBC use in the series - probably due to a heavy storm that had decided to pay a visit about an hour before she arrived,” said Ken Woods, of the museum.
“They came to do a feature on the museum and its large engines which is planned to slot into one of their programmes sometime in the future, though at the moment we do not have a date.
“Catherine and her team spent several hours filming and were ably assisted by one of the museum’s trustees Mike Penberth, and John Geremeny.”
