ELY man Jamie Wingrove has been banned from the King's Arms pub in the city, as a condition of a bind-over imposed on him this week.
Wingrove agreed to be bound over for one year in the sum of £500. Under the terms of the order, he is also banned from approaching Vincent Goodge.
Wingrove, 28, of Holly Court, Newnham Street, Ely, had previously denied assaulting Mr Goodge in Ely on April 21.
