MORNING service was conducted by the minister the Revd Jim Mullin. June and Alan were the musicians and Joy welcomed everyone and gave out the notices, at the same time giving everyone's good wishes to Edna and Sid who celebrate their golden wedding next weekend. Jim continued his prayers for the 40 days of purpose and we began with singing.
Rachel and Sam then took up the offering and Don spoke of his experience since the meeting of the Home Groups. Another hymn was sung and this was followed by open prayer. Ann then read from the Bible (John Chap: 4 vv 7-21) and then told of the strength given to her, by God. Two more hymns were sung and then the theme that Jim took for his sermon was Formed for God's Family. The service closed with prayer, and the congregation joini
