MORNING service was conducted by the minister the Revd Jim Mullin. Joyce, Alan and Bob were the musicians. Joy welcomed everyone and gave out the notices and Happy Birthday was sung to Joy and Stephen. A sketch with Myra, Elizabeth, Joy and Stuart followed about Zacchaeus and Jim then spoke to the children about the release of the prisoner, Norman Kimber. Ben and Stuart took up the offering, while the children gave out flowers for Mothers Day as we sang the next hymn. The theme for Jim's sermon was "Created to become like Christ". Prayer followed and the service closed with singing.
