A CHARGE of driving while disqualified was denied by Ely man Carl Bond when he appeared before city magistrates on Thursday.
Bond, 24, of Clay Way, is alleged to have driven a Volkswagen Golf car in Stretham on October 2, when he was banned from driving on August 17.
The date of his trial is due to be set on October 26. In the meantime he is on conditional bail, the court gave him a 7pm to 7am curfew, and told him to live at his home address and report to the police daily.
