AN autumn fayre was held recently on October 28 at Mepal Union Chapel, there were well stocked stalls of cakes, bric-a-brac, books, Christmas cards, calendars etc. There was also a Christmas hamper raffle won by Phyllis Rayner, plus another raffle of various gifts. Proceeds of £180 were raised for chapel funds.
