WORRIED that his ex-girlfriend was seeing a man 13 years her senior, a teenager from Ely got into a fight with his new love rival.
His 16-year-old former partner tried to separate them during the scuffle - and two members of her family were injured. Appearing before Ely youth court on Thursday, the 17-year-old from Ely admitted assaulting the man, and using threatening behaviour in Sutton on September 11.
Magistrates ordered the youth to carry out 80 hours of unpaid community work.
